Before traveling:

While Hajj trip:

– Avoid crowded places as much as possible and enjoy wearing a mask in general

– Wash your hands frequently and use soap and water or disinfectants such as alcohol to sterilize hands

– Make sure to cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or your elbow when coughing and sneezing

– Always shower and use your own towels

– Do not exchange clothes and personal items with others and take care of the cleanliness of your personal items

– Make sure to use clean tools to cut hair when declaring ihram

– Use your own prayer rug

– Avoid hugging or kissing

– Avoid direct exposure to sunlight for long periods and use sunscreen

Pay attention to healthy nutrition, such as:

– Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits

– Do not store food outside the refrigerator

– Monitor your health carefully and seek health care if you have fever, cough, and difficulty breathing
