Who deserves an integrated services card?

The Ministry of Social Solidarity has confirmed that the integrated services card is granted to people with disabilities only, to help people of determination with disabilities benefit from the benefits and services approved for them by law.
The Integrated Services Card 2024 can be obtained after signing a medical examination by the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population, which determines the eligibility of the applicant to obtain this card or not.

Ministry of Social Solidarity explained the benefits offered by the Integrated Services Card 2024, which are as follows:
– Possibility of combining two pensions.
– Get discounts on public transportation.
– Appointment at a rate of 5% within government and private institutions and companies.
Integration in schools and universities.
– Obtaining exemption from customs taxes on cars (the possibility of purchasing cars for the disabled).
– Exemption from taxes.
– Obtaining suitable government housing.
– Obtaining customs exemption on prosthetic devices.
– Free examination in government hospitals.
– Exemption from school fees.

Apply for the integrated services card

1- Register your request through the portal and make sure to record the data accurately because it is a legal responsibility and the acceptance or rejection of your request depends on it. Make sure that the attached files are clear and properly attached.
2- After filling out your personal data, you must fill out the basic data form (a set of questions) and make sure to answer with the utmost accuracy.
3- After registration, your application number will appear to you – please keep it.
Keep in mind an important note: Just because you have registered does not mean that your application has been accepted. This is the first step to studying your case and you must complete the rest of the steps.
4- Inquire about the order through the order inquiry icon on the electronic portal
5- If the application is accepted, book an appointment through the booking icon on the portal and then go to the rehabilitation office you chose on the specified date with all the papers and attachments to record your job evaluation data.
6- Based on the steps and data that have been completed, the degree and type of disability will be determined and whether you are entitled to obtain an integrated services card for persons with disabilities.

1- Enter the 14-digit national ID number in the specified box.
2- Click search.

Explaining the types of integrated services card request status that will appear to you

Basic information: You must go on the date and time indicated to undergo the medical examination.

Incomplete papers: You must prepare the hearsay and research requested by the committee and reschedule another date for the medical examination.

The examination has been completed: The medical examination has been conducted and the documents are being reviewed, approved and sent to the rehabilitation office.

Re-presentation – Return to the committee: You must go to the committee where you conducted the medical examination to complete some remaining examinations and re-evaluation.

The application has been transferred to Solidarity: The medical reports have been sent to the Ministry of Social Solidarity and you must go to the rehabilitation office in your place of residence to complete the procedures.

 

When does the integrated services card statement result appear?

The Ministry of Health previously explained that the result of the 2024 Integrated Services Card will appear within a period ranging between 10-14 days.
