How the oxygen meter is used?
1-get rid of any accessories or paint on your nails
2-warm your hands if they are cold
3-relax before taking readings for at least 5 minutes
4-place your hand on your chest along the place of the heart and then fix it
5-turn on the device and put it on your finger, preferably the middle or index finger
6-hold the device on your finger for a minute or more if the reading does not appear yet
7-record the highest result that appeared if another reading does not appear within 5 seconds
8-make sure that you have made a difference between the oxygen level and the heart rate reading
